Four short steps: choose a tier, add your college details, sign the agreements, and pay either by card or by invoice (30-day bank transfer terms). Everything is explained below before you start.
Here's the whole process, end to end, so there are no surprises.
Once your payment clears, your college is activated with the number of learner seats matching your tier (for example, the Standard tier gives you 30 seats).
We email you a unique college join code — six characters, something like PM7K3X.
Share the code with your learners. When each learner signs up on the PlumbMate platform and enters the code, they automatically join your college and take one of your seats. Your tutor signs up the same way and we upgrade their account to tutor access within one business day.
You stay in control: as the tutor, you can deactivate the code at any time from your tutor dashboard, and see exactly which learners have joined and how many seats are still available.
Tiered by maximum number of learners. Tutor access is always included and unlimited. Pricing is based on when in the academic year you're joining — you're currently in the term shown below.

By typing your name and clicking Proceed to payment, you are signing this agreement electronically. Your name, the date and time of signing, and basic session information will be recorded as part of the audit trail, in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and eIDAS Regulation.
Check your order summary, then pick a payment method. Both routes use Stripe — your data and payment are handled securely.

Your college will be activated and your join code issued as soon as the invoice is paid. If payment hasn't reached us after 30 days, Stripe will send automated reminders.
Access runs from activation until 31 July of the current academic year. From 1 September each year, the agreement will renew at the full annual rate unless you give 30 days' notice before that date.
